NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

OF THE MEMBERS OF THE CLUB 420 ASSOCIATION, INC.

AND CALL FOR BOARD NOMINATIONS

I. Annual General Meeting

Adult members of the C420 Association are hereby notified that the 2018 Annual General Meeting of the Membership and the Board of Directors of the Association is scheduled for Friday August 3, 2018 at 5 pm EDT at Fort Tabor, 1000 Rodney French Blvd, New Bedford, MA 02744. II. Call for Nominations

At the Annual General Meeting, vacancies on the Board shall be filled by election. Any adult member may nominate an adult member for an opening. The Board of Directors will also have a Nominating Committee who will present a slate of candidates to the Membership for consideration.

With the exception of nominations by the Nominating Committee, all nominations shall be filed electronically with the Association’s Secretary Kate Bartel (katehyde@me.com), by July 27, 2018.   All nominations will be communicated to the membership with the agenda prior to the Annual General Meeting.  Any nomination must be seconded at the Annual General Meeting before the nomination may be considered for a vote.

Proxies as allowed by Article IV, Section 5 must be filed electronically or in person with the Secretary by 4 PM July 27, 2018.
