I. Annual General Meeting
Adult members of the C420 Association are hereby notified that the 2022 Annual General Meeting of the Membership and the Board of Directors of the Association is scheduled for Tuesday July 26, 2022, at 5 pm EDT (or directly after sailing)at the Buffalo Canoe Club and by Zoom at the link below.

II. Call for Nominations
At the Annual General Meeting, vacancies on the Board shall be filled by election. Any adult member may nominate an adult member for an opening. The Board of Directors will also have a Nominating Committee who will present a slate of candidates to the Membership for consideration.
With the exception of nominations by the Nominating Committee, all nominations shall be filed electronically with the Association’s Secretary at info@club420.org, by July 12, 2022. All nominations will be communicated to the membership with the agenda prior to the Annual General Meeting. Any nomination must be seconded at the Annual General Meeting before the nomination may be considered for a vote.
Proxies as allowed by Article IV, Section 5 must be filed electronically or in person with the Secretary by 4 PM July 12, 2022.
