New Class Rules

The Board of Directors is excited to announce updated Class Rules effective July 1, 2019.  

The rules can be found on the C420 website at https://club420.org/assets/documents/other_docs/c420-Class-Rules-07-2019.pdf   Additionally, to help understand what has changed,  we have posted on the website a summary of the changes at https://club420.org/assets/documents/other_docs/2019-c420-Class-Rules-Changes.pdf

We made this update for the following reasons:

• To have a rules format that is easier to read, and find the rules any sailor needs to compete.
• A format consistent with other classes so sailors are prepared to move to other boats.
• To clarify and communicate the safety and boat requirements to help the class be SAFE, FAIR, and FUN.
• To have one location where all approved changes to the Class Rules may be found.

These rules will take effect on July 1, 2019.
