This summer, our events are in Texas, California, Florida, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New York, New Jersey, Virginia, Maryland, Maine, Ontario (Canada), and Connecticut.
One of the fantastic things about our class is the diversity of events we offer: fleet racing, team racing, and distance racing. Of note, there is the Dinghy Race, held out of Wadawanuck YC, which provides a unique multi-leg distance race with an overnight stay. If you're tired of going around in circles and want to try something new, this might be the event for you! If your club runs an event like this, let us know and we'll get it on our calendar.
We're working to cook up some new and different events around the country to provide our members with new and unique events. If you're interested in hosting an event, please reach out!

Registrations are open and events are filling up! We are looking forward to a great summer!
C420 New Englands has reached capacity and there is a waitlist. On Monday, April 14, we will be working through the registrations and registered boats without a skipper and crew listed will be moved to the waitlist.
Registration is open for the 2025 C420 Mid Atlantics at Seaside Park YC and the 2025 C420 California State Champs, June 28-29, at Long Beach Yacht Club.
We are planning our 2026 and 2027 events, if your club or area is interested in hosting a C420 Class Sanctioned National or Regional event please let me know. ed@club420.org

We have updated our NORs to include the following language for registrations and waitlists. Please review so you are not caught off guard when our summer event registrations start opening.
Eligibility and Entry
To be fully registered, boats must have a skipper and crew listed, and forms signed. Boats that register without a skipper or crew, will be moved to the waitlist after 14 days. Boats will be taken off the waitlist in the order they registered as space allows.
Waitlist
After the maximum number of entries has been reached a waitlist will be formed. Teams on the waitlist will be notified, by the email listed in their registration, if a spot becomes available. Teams will have three(3) days to confirm their spot and pay the registration fee, if the team does not reply or pay the fee in the allotted time the spot will go to the next team on the waitlist. Please make sure the email addresses listed and phone numbers are up to date so you can be contacted.
