2017 C420 US Nationals NOR Amendment
Addition to NOR
5.9 Any boat that qualifies for the US Sailing Bemis Finals and attends will be granted a full refund. A boat intending to sail the Bemis Finals must notify the host as soon as possible upon qualifying so that spot maybe given to another boat.
